What we collect

When you create an Everwise account, we collect your name, email address, exam preferences, and study schedule. We may also collect usage data to improve the tutoring experience.

If you create a parent account, we also collect the email address of the student you intend to invite. We use it to label a private diagnostic invitation and connect the accounts only after the student uses that link and either continues while signed in or claims the diagnostic with a matching verified student email. Everwise does not automatically email the invitation in this release; the parent chooses how to share it.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the tutoring service, generate study plans, send progress updates, and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
